High-rise industrial steel structure optimized for corrosive acid and zinc dip environments.
The Galvanizing Plant project was a complex chemical industrial build. Standing at 60 feet height, it features a custom wide portal framing designed to house large hot-dip galvanizing baths and acidic pickling tanks. Because of the highly corrosive chemical fumes, the steel structure is protected by premium industrial coatings.
Venture Fabrications handled detailing, portal frame structural assemblies, acid-resistant epoxy protective priming, and full field erection. Heavy column baseplates, cross bracing, and structural frames were custom fabricated and checked in-house prior to field dispatch.
