The Hockey Goal Post project showcases our custom precision metalwork capabilities. Bending tubular steel profile sheets to exact configurations requires professional mandrel pipe rollers to prevent wrinkling or structural folding at the bends.
Following AWS D1.1 structural welding codes, our welders joined the tubular profiles, adding back frame nets, base support bars, and impact gussets. Each unit was finished with custom high-gloss white powder coating to resist extreme weathering, moisture, and repeat puck impacts.
